Terms of Service

Standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States when you spend $60 or more.

We currently ship with USPS and UPS within the United States.

Shipping outside of the US

We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing times

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed and 4-5 business days for order delivery. 

You may experience extended lead times due to several impacts of COVID-19. Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you during these extraordinary times.

Shipping during holiday periods

During high volume periods, please expect 2 to 8 days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. We work in partnership with our warehouse and shipping carriers to ensure realistic shipping times during holiday periods so that your order reaches you on time, but occasionally there are issues outside of our control that may cause delays. Once your order is shipped, we invite you to check on your package using the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Standard United States delivery times

Please note that during high volume periods, our shipping carriers may experience delays. The below information is based on normal order volumes.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.

What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?
